Our team of consultants is currently installing, upgrading, configuring, and customizing the soon-to-be-released software, and we’re reviewing our clients’ current CRM implementations to determine how they can best maximize their CRM investments by reducing code and leveraging the new features of Dynamics CRM 2013. The new software is being carefully reviewed not just for technical functionality, but also how the client’s previous software version can be adjusted to reduce complexity and take full advantage of “out of the box” functionality.

2.     New process driven user experience provides a more guided process flow.

3.     New workflows and configuration options designed to reduce need for custom code.
