The foundation for strong social responsibility starts by hiring passionate individuals and creating a culture that supports and rewards such activities. That’s what we’re trying to do at West Monroe.
At the end of 2011, we launched our “1+1+1 Program,” a corporate social responsibility initiative through which we donate one percent of our time, one percent of our “treasure” and one percent of our talent each year to organizations in our communities.
But we want to do more. So, we recently launched the West Monroe Global Service Fellowship Program. This program will provide an opportunity for employees at any level in the organization to submit an application to support a cause near and dear to their hearts and make a difference. West Monroe will provide paid time off from six weeks to six months, depending on the nature of the request, to support our employees in giving back.

The goals that we set through our volunteer initiatives have given us an even deeper sense of purpose and motivation to do the best work possible in and outside of the office.
